- Condominium Plats: This service is the process of
taking a single parcel of land and dividing it into multiple units which
can be sold as part of an association.
- Site Surveys: This service is the process of taking
a single or multiple parcels of land, doing a boundary survey, locating
all of the existing above and below ground improvements and topography.
- ALTA Surveys: This service is the process of taking
a single or multiple parcels of land doing a boundary survey, locating
all existing above and below ground improvements including topography
along with a certification to a lender and title company.
- Topographical Surveys: This service is the process
of taking a single parcel of land and collecting data to accurately
depict the contours of the land for building purposes.
- Control Surveys: This service is the setting of
survey points with elevations around the perimeter of a site to be used
later by another entity.
- Elevation Certificates: This service is the process
of taking a parcel of land and collecting the necessary field data to
establish the elevations of a site and associated structures to determine
how they relate to the FEMA 100 year floodplain.
- Re-monumentation: This service is the process of
re-setting original government corners that have been lost or obliterated
