Mau & Associates has been servicing the NE Wisconsin since 1974, and was built on the values of David W Mau. Quality, Integrity and Ethics have been, and still are, the foundations of our success. Although considered small by some competitors, our highly experienced staff of Land Surveyors, Planners and Civil Engineers, have continually demonstrated the expertise to complete any size project on time, and within budget. Steven M Bieda

Steven has been with Mau & Associates since 1989, became a principal partner in 1999 and was named Managing Partner in 2007. Steve has over 28 years of experience in the Land surveying field. He was elected President of the NE Chapter of the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors in 2005. Steve, is also a member of the Brown County Home Builders, serving on the “Developer’s Council and as Chairman as the Government Affairs Committee and was awarded the Home Builders “Impact Award” in 2008. Steve also serves on the board for the New Zoological Society and coordinates their yearly cribbage tournament.

David J Chrouser

David has been with Mau & Associates since 1974 and became a principal partner in 1989. Dave has over 42 years of experience in all aspects of Land Surveying and project management. He served many years on the board for the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyor’s (WSLS) and elected President in 1996. Since that time he has served as Chair for the WSLS Annual Institute, which provides licensed Land Surveyor’s with required continuing education credits. Dave has also been President of the WSLS Foundation, for many years. The WSLS Foundation is responsible for over $180,000 in College Scholarships to date. Dave also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Civil Engineering & Technology course at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Dave has served on numerous committees to rewrite County, Village and Town, Comprehensive Plans, Land Divisions and Platting ordinances.

Tonya Wagner

Tonya a valued employee of Mau & Associates since 2012, and made partner in January 1, 2017. Tonya holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She specializes in Project Design and Management, encompassing Civil and Water Resource Engineering.  Tonya is highly respected within the Fox Valley Community. Major projects engineered and managed to date include, Chilton School District Campus,  Broadway Ford on Military, Green Bay, Festival Foods Corporate Headquarters, De Pere, and numerous sites for Belgioioso Cheese.  Tonya is also active within her Town serving as Chair on the Town of Lawrence Planning Commission.
