Broadway Ford-Hyundai

This site design and planning project involved working with the Owner and Architect to design a new Hyundai dealership and rebuild/remodel an existing dealership. Site issues included, City, County and State regulation as well as required Dealership design standards that at times clashed with municipal standards. Parcels needed to be combined and reconfigured. Variances were requested and approved for parking, setbacks and signage. The site is presently under construction.
