Project - 32 Unit Condominium
Site consisted of 4-8 unit buildings, Storm water management, Driveways, Parking and utilities servicing the buildings. The site was approved as a Planned Unit Development which required public hearings, rezoning and site plan approvals. Mau & Associates was responsible for all plan submittals, Village Planning and Board meetings, site design and engineering, state approvals and permitting.
This site posed a unique challenge. The project was place in a rural area not accustom to multi-family developments. The Buildings were designed to fit a more rural atmosphere and the neighbors in the area voiced minimal objections to the project. Although designed as a condominium the developers have since started renting the units due to financing concerns for condominiums brought on by the lending institutions.
