We were tasked with boundary survey, storm water design, site grades and construction staking for this project. The storm water pond was designed in the front of the building and had to be designed with a professional office building in mind. It sets the building back from a busy street. The site utilizes swales and surface drainage to minimize storm sewer to service the site, which is a substantial cost saving technique.
